The US just dominated play, and I think they outshot Canada 17-3 at the time Canada scored during the power play. That was Canada's third shot, and it was a thing of beauty.

I fast forwarded through the game this morning to see the final score. The Canadians were just so much more efficient on their shots. We shoot a lot, but aren't scoring anywhere near the number of goals as Team Canada.

I had a feeling this was going to be a loss when looking at both team's results in this first round. We were beating teams, but Canada was slaughtering them.
